Yes. The free plan is free forever — no credit card required. You get up to 5 employees, 3 groups, shift scheduling, and leave requests. Upgrade to Pro when you need more.
Go to Settings → Plan & Billing inside the app, choose monthly or yearly billing, and send an upgrade request. We'll contact you within one business day to arrange payment and activate your plan.
Monthly billing is €10/month (excl. VAT). Yearly billing is €100/year (excl. VAT) — that's two months free compared to paying monthly. Both cover the same Pro features.
No. All prices are excl. VAT. VAT may be added depending on your country and business registration.
Yes. Go to Settings → Plan & Billing and click Cancel subscription. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds.
All your data — employees, schedules, and leave records — is preserved. Pro-only features (reports, employees above the free limit, etc.) will be locked once the billing period ends. Nothing is deleted.
We handle payments manually after your upgrade request. We'll agree on a payment method — typically bank transfer or invoice — when we contact you.
Your organization gets a Past due status and keeps full Pro access for 7 days. Use the upgrade form in Settings → Plan & Billing to contact us and resolve it. After the grace period, the account reverts to the free plan.
A trial can be granted manually. Contact us via the upgrade form and mention you'd like to try Pro first. We'll set up a trial period for you.
